Heffernan Orange County Branch Hires Christian Smith, Assistant Vice President

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Dec. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Heffernan Insurance Brokers, one of the largest full-service, independent insurance brokerage firms in the United States, recently hired Christian Smith to join its Santa Ana office as Assistant Vice President.  He will specialize in tailoring comprehensive insurance programs for Large Commercial Lines. 

Smith was formerly a representative at a major underwriter, developing a thorough knowledge of the underwriting practice in various niches such as nonprofit organizations, entertainment, and schools.  In addition, Smith was a top producer at a major brokerage, specializing in auto and equipment dealers, petroleum risks and contractors.
