Nam has nearly 20 years experience in the employee benefit industry as an underwriter and consultant.  Prior to joining Heffernan, she worked for a major international consulting firm and two major health insurance carriers.  She has extensive experience representing mid- to large-size employers in a variety of industries.  An expert in alternative funding, Nam evaluates and implements opportunities to manage risk and cost, while enhancing benefit offerings.

Nam earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Arizona State University.  She is fluent in Korean.
