Hercules Trophy Announces Crunch Gym As Title Sponsor Of Corporate Team Challenge

NEW YORK, July 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Hercules Trophy, the super-charged inter-company sporting team day that builds camaraderie, embraces networking and promotes company loyalty is pleased to announce its partnership with Crunch gym. The national gym brand known for making serious fitness fun has taken on the role as Title Sponsor of the Hercules Trophy Corporate Team Challenge in the US Market. The event is set to take place October 10^th 2014 at Liberty State Park

The Hercules Trophy Corporate Team Challenge started in Belgium over 15 years ago as a hobby and has since expanded to 6 additional countries, hosting corporate teams from Google, Quidsi, TD Bank, Delta Air Lines, What If Innovation, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and more. This year's event in Liberty Park will mark the 3^rd consecutive year the Hercules Trophy has brought its idea of "corporate sportainment" to the New York City area, and they anticipate a rapid expansion throughout the US Market within the next few years.

The all-day event consists of 12 athletic challenges that aim to build solidarity and companionship by creating a demand for teamwork in an enjoyable and receptive environment. "Our goal is to connect people through the universal language of sport."

As a part of this strategic partnership, Crunch will be offering reduced admission to the event for corporate members. Known for their innovative group fitness classes, Crunch has developed a series of Hercules Trophy classes that will be offered at select Crunch gyms in the greater New York City area, creating a unique way to generate awareness of the event and incorporate the partnership as a component of making fitness fun.
