Hidell-Eyster International Announces Termination of its Management Agreement with PureSafe Water Systems, Inc.

HINGHAM, Mass., Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Carroll S. Keim, President and CEO of Hidell-Eyster International ("HEI"), announced that effective November 15, 2010, HEI has terminated its Management Contract with PureSafe Water Systems, Inc., of Plainview, NY, for cause.  

Mr. Henry R. Hidell has resigned from the Board of Directors of PureSafe, and has also resigned from his role as Chief Operating Officer of the PureSafe subsidiary, PureSafe Manufacturing & Research Corp. effective immediately.

Mr. Richard Pellerito, VP of Technical Sales for PureSafe, resigned his position immediately, as part of the termination of the contract.

HEI remains a shareholder of PureSafe Water Systems.
