KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- HighPoint Solutions (HighPoint) announced today the hiring of David Gwyn as Vice President and Solution Lead for the Research and Development (R&D) and Collaboration practices. Gwyn is an expert in business development, client management, solution delivery, and team development. He will be responsible for solution vision and strategy as well as the development of solutions and services that help bring drugs, biologics, and medical devices to market.

With over 20 years in the Life Sciences industry, Gwyn has extensive experience delivering Documentum and SharePoint. Before joining HighPoint, Gwyn was Managing Director of the regulatory practice at Valiance Partners.  Prior to Valiance Partners, he was Director of Strategic Business Services for EMC Corporation.

Gwyn is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and the Drug Information Association (DIA). His academic credentials include an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
