Hill House Association Confirms Full Occupancy at Centre Heldman Plaza Five new leases signed for retail outlets in new development

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hill House Association (HHA) and the Hill House Economic Development Corporation (HHEDC), a 501 (c) 3 community development corporation announce that the 6,800 square feet of retail space in the new Centre Heldman Plaza, adjacent to the Shop 'n Save has been leased and will be fully occupied by early 2014.

Leasing the adjoining spaces are Dollar Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Crazy Mocha Coffee, Subway and Cricket Communications. This is the newest commercial real estate expansion in the Hill District since the opening of the Consol Energy Center in 2010. "These companies have demonstrated a commitment to the Centre Avenue corridor and their presence can be a springboard for further development in the area. Additionally, these new companies complement existing businesses and broaden the offering of convenient services to the neighborhood.  As essential is the addition of an ongoing source of employment for residents."
