Chris first worked in financial services and then in digital content. During that time he built out three successful start-ups utilizing technology-enabled solutions to significantly improve organizational productivity. Most recently Chris was the Co-founder and CEO of Knovel, a company designed to help engineering and technology firms make better decisions and mitigate risk by providing fast access to relevant data. Chris eventually facilitated the sale of Knovel to a large digital content company and in 2013 decided to work in another area that needed a fresh take on traditional processes, hiring, which is how he joined HireArt.
"HireArt brings together best practices from both job boards and recruiting firms, in a simple, real-time dashboard," says Chris. "It's a modern-day take on some traditional methods and processes. With it, we've acquired customers such as Google, Cisco, Airbnb, Facebook, and the Gap, and we look forward to learning from these successful experiences to further enhance hiring efficiencies in well targeted market segments." Adds Elli Sharef and Nick Sedlet, HireArt's Co-founders, "We are thrilled to add Chris to our team. Our business over the past two years comes from 400 world-class clients, which means we are fulfilling a vital industry need. With Chris' sales, business scaling, and strategy experience, we look forward to more rapid growth in the years to come."
