HIS Appoints Head of Global Agriculture

SOUTH PASADENA, Calif., July 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Highland Insurance Solutions, LLC (HIS) (www.highlandinssolutions.com), an innovative and specialty insurance agency, in partnership with Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK), the forward thinking international insurance business, is delighted to announce the appointment of James Tran to the newly created position of Head of Global Agriculture.

James has spent the past 26 years in the insurance industry, two decades of which have been focused on agriculture reinsurance. As part of a global reinsurance underwriting team, James will be responsible for the controlled development of HIS' crop reinsurance business, providing significant insight and expertise in this specialist sector. He will have a global remit, working closely with TMK's reinsurance underwriters in London and Singapore.
