SAN DIEGO, June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Historic Rotta Winery has been acquired by an investor group that will operate as Rotta Winery LLC, a partnership between Jason Shorrock, the founding Giubbini family and a private investor.
The transaction includes the 35-acre estate winery and vineyards, the tasting room and the business. Henberger served as the exclusive advisor to the Giubbini family. Financial terms were not disclosed.
