HOUSTON, Oct. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA, one of the largest competitive retail electric providers in the country, announced today that historical ISO electricity pricing data is now available on its Web site, enabling commercial and industrial electricity buyers easier access to information that can help them make better educated energy contracting decisions in the future.
The site offers daily, weekly, and monthly historical pricing trends on both a real-time and day-ahead basis for PJM, NYISO, ERCOT, MISO, and ISO-New England. The data can be found at http://www.gdfsuezpricing.com.
With the new pricing data available in a centralized depository, businesses can:
- Access ISO-specific information by utility distribution company, data type (i.e., hourly, monthly), and date range through a user-friendly, filterable dynamic form;
- Get 15-minute historical data for ERCOT since the grid operator's transition to a nodal market; and
- Export reports for data pulled or view the information on-screen.
