New release updates existing integrations and introduces SaaS connectors
CALGARY, June 1 /PRNewswire/ - Hitachi ID Systems, Inc., Inc., a leading provider of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, is pleased to announce the release of a connector package for cloud-hosted and SaaS applications.
The new Connector Pack v1.2 provides integrations for "cloud" hosted applications, such as Google Applications and WebEx Connect, as well as a general-purpose connector for SOAP APIs used by SaaS applications. The connector pack is used by all other Hitachi ID Systems products included in our identity management suite to integrate with systems and applications where users have accounts, passwords and entitlements.
"This release reflects a growing interest among customers to integrate with systems and applications hosted in the cloud," says Idan Shoham, CTO. "We plan on adding support for many more additional software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications in the months ahead," he added.

- JD Edwards OneWorld - Lotus Notes 7.x - CA Service Desk - Remedy 7.5 - RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 - Passphrase support on z/OS - Special character support on iSeries - McAfee Endpoint Encryption (key recovery integration)
