Diners enjoyed recipes created by Chef Michael Ciardi and his partners that were a modern twist on holiday foods and ingredients, as well as French traditions, like shrimp and red snapper ceviche (a play on bouillabaisse), paired with a 2012 Saint Glinglin Sauvignon Blanc, Bordeaux, a white wine imported by Master Sommelier Richard Betts for just $14.99, and Roast Turkey Roulade with Bordelaise Gravy, paired with an expertly balanced wine – a 2009 Chateau Jean Faux, a $28 Bordeaux Superieur.
