Hollywood Public Relations Expands Client Portfolio, Appoints New Director, and Receives Prestigious Industry Award
SCITUATE, Mass., April 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollywood Public Relations, a boutique PR firm outside of Boston, this month announces the expansion of its client portfolio and its directorial staff, while also adding to the company's list of industry award accolades.
New Clients
Hollywood Public Relations has recently been engaged by two new clients, Parfums de Coeur and PlanetShoes.com, to expand upon the company's portfolio of health, beauty, fashion and footwear clients.
Parfums de Coeur has tapped Hollywood Public Relations to assist in reinvigorating their classic fragrance and body care brands: Calgon, Designer Imposters, and BODman, among others. The PR firm, through an aggressive media relations campaign, will increase awareness of Parfums de Coeur's quality products, available at mass retailers for a fraction of designer prices. Hollywood Public Relations has additionally taken part in the planning and execution of the fragrance company's Q2-Q4 consumer and media events and activations.
Expanding upon Hollywood Public Relations' expertise in the footwear category, the agency has recently become agency of record for PlanetShoes.com, an online footwear retailer that blends style, function and eco-consciousness. The agency will promote the online footwear retailer, while supporting some of their brand tie-ins, through media relations and select activations.
New Hire
Jeff Dillow has been appointed as an account director to the Hollywood Public Relations team, bringing with him 16 years of strategic council and insight. He will work closely with both his clients and account team to develop and execute campaigns and deliver results.
Jeff's knowledge of brand marketing, CR and issues management has benefited clients such as: Nestle Waters North America, Green Mountain Coffee/Keurig, Jiffy Lube, Dunkin' Brands and Keep America Beautiful. Jeff's experience spans a number of industries, including CPG, automotive, consumer electronics, retail, healthcare and education, and he has led public awareness/education campaigns on issues such as disaster preparedness for the Department of Homeland Security/The Ad Council, recycling, auto theft and insurance fraud.
Jeff most recently worked for Cone Communications, leading programs for some of the agency's highest profile clients. Prior, he worked at PAN Communications and Neiman Group. Jeff graduated from Messiah College with a B.A in Communications and a concentration in Speech/Mass Media.

Hollywood Public Relations was recently recognized by Bulldog Reporter in its 2014 Bulldog Awards for Excellence in Media and Publicity Campaigns.
