Homebot Claims Grand Prize at 2018 Realogy FWD Innovation Summit

MADISON, N.J., Nov. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- From Realogy's global headquarters, ten up-and-coming companies yesterday presented their innovative technology products and services during the sixth annual Realogy FWD Innovation Summit. Following a series of live demonstrations in front of a panel of industry experts, the judges selected three finalists who then faced a vote from the audience of real estate influencers. Homebot emerged as winner of the grand prize, which includes a $25,000 cash prize and placement in the ZapStore, an innovative app and service marketplace that is directly integrated within Realogy's proprietary Zap® platform for its affiliated brokers and sales professionals.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Homebot is a dynamic financial dashboard that real estate agents and lenders can give to their clients, empowering them to make decisions that will help them realize the full financial value of their home. It identifies many key financial opportunities, including when to rent, buy or sell, or when to refinance or remodel.
