Hopkins & Carley Expands Family Wealth & Tax Planning Department

SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Hopkins & Carley, Northern California's leading law firm for businesses and high-net-worth individuals, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, today announced that WSGR's wealth management practice will be transitioning to Hopkins & Carley in the coming weeks. Led by shareholder Peter LaBoskey, former chair of WSGR's wealth management practice, the team includes Of Counsel Darin Donovan and Laurie-Ann Look and attorneys Diane Fong, Christina Hwang, and Richard Schachtili. They will be based in Hopkins & Carley's new Palo Alto location and join a number of attorneys relocating from the firm's downtown San Jose headquarters.

Hopkins & Carley's new Palo Alto office will be located at 435 Tasso Street. It will house 10 attorneys, including Garth Pickett, chair of the firm's real estate department.
