Horizon gains full ownership, including air carrier certificate

This provides the company tremendous forward momentum in offering the highest quality service and aviation management to its clientele. The Part 135 air carrier certificate, which is ARGUS Platinum rated and has worldwide operating authority, is a valuable addition to its strong portfolio of offerings.
