NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Horizon Media, the largest and fastest growing privately held media services agency in the world, announced today that is has hired Michelle Gordon as Vice President, Director of Consumer Insights in the agency's WHY Group. Michelle will be responsible for providing strategic thought leadership to the agency where she will focus on the agency's key entertainment clients. She will report to the Chief of The WHY Group, Sheri Roder, and will be based in the agency's New York headquarters.

Most recently, Michelle led insights and strategy at integrated marketing communications agency, Catalyst, where she delivered insights for a wide range of brands including SUBWAY, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Courtyard by Marriott as well as many new business initiatives. Prior to that, Michelle was a Consumer Insights Director at Mediacom working on the GlaxoSmithKline business.
