Hornet Merges Content, Events and Stories onto Gay Social App

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hornet, the world's premier gay social network, announced today major updates to their mobile app and website. In the new version, Hornet users will now be able to easily access unique content from Hornet's editorial news site, as well as event information and stories from Hornet's travel and events site, all under one navigation header.

No other gay app and website has been able to combine all three types of content into one setting. This exclusive offer is part of Hornet's effort to integrate the sub-brands into one unified entity, creating a more cohesive experience for users.

Inside the iOS and Android app, users will be able to access other guys' profiles, as well as places and events, and stories all from the Discover tab, allowing for ease of navigation through the app. On the mobile and desktop website, guys can now go to any of the three properties (Hornet, Stories, or Places) and use each as a beginning point to access either of the other two content areas without having to type in another URL.
