NEW YORK, Aug. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Castello® Blue Cheese, a 33-time award-winning gourmet blue cheese, is proud to sponsor three local golf tournaments that are part of the ClubCorp Charity Classic. Castello® Blue Cheese will be on-site at the Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club in Tampa, Florida, Crow Canyon Country Club in the San Francisco area, and Aliso Viejo Country Club in Aliso Viejo, California, enhancing the golf events with gourmet Blue cheese.
The ClubCorp Charity Classic is a series of golf tournaments and dining events at clubs in the ClubCorp family nationwide aimed at opening the doors of private clubs to raise money for those in need. The tournaments are open to the public and allow members, friends and families to join the clubs for a day of golf, dining and other activities while giving back to both local and national charities. Donations from the Charity Classic events go to MDA's Augie's Quest, the Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.) and each club's local charity of choice.

The Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club tournament will be held August 21. Prices start at $15 per person depending on events. Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club's local charity is the Rotary Club.
Crow Canyon Country Club in the San Francisco area will hold their tournament on October 14- pre-registration prices start at $75 per person depending on events. Crow Canyon Country Club's local charity is the Have a Ball Foundation.
Aliso Viejo Country Club in Aliso Viejo, California, will hold their tournament on November 4-pricing begins at $40 per person depending on events. Aliso Viejo's local charity is the Alzheimer's Association.
