Houston-based ivA Lifetec changes name to CarePoint Partners

CINCINNATI, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CarePoint Partners (CarePoint) announced that ivA Lifetec (Lifetec) --  a healthcare company that provides home infusion and specialty infusion in conjunction with home health nursing throughout the Houston, Texas metropolitan region – will adopt the CarePoint Partners name. The name change was effective November 1st. CarePoint acquired Lifetec in January of 2011 to expand its coverage in Texas, complementing its Austin, Dallas and Texarkana locations.
