Houston Criminal Defense Lawyer Schneider Earns Lifetime Achievement Award
Attorney also delivers commencement address at alma mater in New York
HOUSTON, May 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Prominent Houston criminal defense attorney Stanley G. Schneider was honored last week with the Richard "Racehorse" Haynes Lifetime Achievement award from the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association for his outstanding criminal defense work during the past four decades.
Mr. Schneider's work for death row inmates and white-collar defendants alike is widely respected across the state and nation. Then on May 16, Mr. Schneider delivered the commencement address at his undergrad alma mater, Alfred University in Alfred, N.Y., where he received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree in recognition of his life's work in the criminal justice system.
