SEATTLE, April 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Samurai Noodle is excited to announce the opening of its first Texas location at 1801 Durham, Suite #2, Houston, TX 77007. Samurai Noodle looks forward to serving the Houston community high-quality, hand-made Japanese ramen. Thomas Tang, Texas regional executive manager, explains, "Our passion for authentic Japanese ramen goes into every bowl." The store's design is patterned after typical Japanese ramen shops with a modest decor and casual dining environment. A primary focus is on Samurai's fresh, handmade noodles that can be viewed through a glass-encased room near the kitchen. The noodles are cooked specifically to order for each bowl (soft, medium or hard), and are paired with signature broths that have been simmering for many hours. The menu is simple by design with both traditional offerings such as Tonkotsu (pork broth ramen) to low calorie, vegan offerings. Samurai Noodle aims to serve ramen that will please every individual.
