The honor, presented by the Frank Seddio, Chairman of the Kings County Democratic Committee, was presented at the Thomas Jefferson Democratic Club's 60th Annual Dinner Dance on November 1, with Mayor Bill de Blasio, Borough President Eric Adams and dozens of other distinguished guests in attendance.
Speaking at the El Caribe Country Club, the host-venue for the dinner dance event, Mr. Fensterman was eager to underscore his affection for Brooklyn and for the Thomas Jefferson Democratic Club.
