Huawei Devices USA selects Vertical Nerve to launch Consumer and Training Website
Interactive website part of aggressive plan to increase smartphone sales and improve training and support
DALLAS, June 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- (http://www.myprgenie.com) -- Vertical Nerve, a nationally recognized analytics, search marketing, web and mobile development firm, today unveiled the Huawei Devices USA website, designed to complement Huawei's plan to increase brand awareness and increase smartphone sales in 2012. The website, www.huaweideviceusa.com, features product details, a secure training and support program for device carriers, service centers, and retailers.
Vertical Nerve customized its content management system (CMS) to include an interactive product showcase with device information, and permission-based product support modules with incentive-oriented training for carriers. The new website includes a user-friendly front-end layout and a secure access login portal. Security and ease-of-use were critical in the project to allow Huawei's numerous U.S. carriers and service centers to quickly find key product information while protecting the company's product data.
"We now have a dynamic, intuitive online tool for our carriers' service centers and retail employees," said Jennifer Graham, marketing manager for Huawei Device USA. "We are enjoying the efficiency of managing and updating content for both customers and channel partners/carriers in one place."
The Document Draft System and Dashboard Viewer, features of the Vertical Nerve CMS, allow the Huawei marketing team to create, preview, and review proposed page additions, in addition to new site content including designs, articles, events, and news listings. Website visitors can search for current and archived products visually using the Interactive Device Gallery that features images, detailed product information and support documentation all displayed in a cohesive interface.
"Huawei was very progressive in embracing our consultative approach and I believe the result was the perfect marriage of brand, technology and user experience," said Mark Landrum, Director of Operations at Vertical Nerve. "We had the right solution and online marketing expertise to deliver an interactive, stylish website that provides the instant technology support their consumer's demand."
