Hudson Group and Chicago O'Hare Support Local Businesses with Booksigning

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., April 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier travel retailer Hudson Group and the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA)  have joined together to encourage Chicagoans and visitors traveling through O'Hare International Airport to "Buy Chicago," because both recognize the importance of supporting local businesses.

On Friday, April 6, Hudson is hosting a "Meet the Author" event from 10 a.m. to noon for Deanna Burrell, a talented Chicago author, in the Hudson-operated Barbara's Bookstore located beyond Security in O'Hare International Airport's Terminal 2. An informal ambassador for the City of Chicago, Burrell will meet ticketed passengers and autograph copies of her new book, Single Girl Summer.

Single Girl Summer is an upbeat, honest and inspiring tale of contemporary women that highlights the universal themes of love, friendship, heartache, healing, family and growth. The novel is a celebration of women from all walks of life who enjoy contemporary fiction in an urban setting.
