WASHINGTON, Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Tevi Troy argues in the Winter 2012 issue of National Affairs that the American think tank sector is becoming less focused on developing thoughtful policy ideas than on serving political goals.
