Hudson Valley Holding Corp. Schedules 2012 Fourth Quarter and Year End Results Release Date and Conference Call
YONKERS, N.Y., Jan. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hudson Valley Holding Corp. (NYSE: HVB), parent of Hudson Valley Bank, N.A., announced today it will release its earnings for the twelve months and year ended December 31, 2012 after market close on Thursday, January 31, 2013. The Company also confirms that the Company's earnings conference call and simultaneous webcast to review these results will take place as previously announced on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 10:00 AM ET.
