(NYSE: HVB), parent of Hudson Valley Bank, N.A., announced today it will release its earnings for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2013 after market close on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. The Company also announced that management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to review results of its second quarter on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 10:00 AM ET.
