Human Circuit Wins the 2012 Medical and Healthcare ProAV Award

GAITHERSBURG, Md., June 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Human Circuit announced today that it was awarded the 2012 ProAV Spotlight Award in the Medical/Healthcare category for their work on an innovative and revolutionary integration project for Baystate Medical, Hospital of the Future in Springfield, MA.

Human Circuit has completed over 21 Medical Simulation Centers for teaching hospitals but this is the first time they've been able to step out of the simulation environment and into the operating room. Human Circuit's engineering team worked closely with Drake Systems Group, Inc. on the Baystate project and their featured contribution was an HTML based control interface designed to run on any device with a web browser resulting in an innovative technology integration project for surgical suites that highlights a new workflow and control approach.
