Hunter Roberts' Experience Leads to Further Developments in the Area
Hunter Roberts was ultimately selected for the project based on the firm's long-standing relationship with Dranoff Properties, the developer of the One Theater Square project, and its experience developing three other projects of similar scale in the area; these projects include the Lincoln Towers affordable housing complex for seniors, a recreation and training center for the New Jersey Housing Authority, and a new K-12 school developed by Uncommon Schools.
"There's a lot of positive energy for redevelopment," said Daniel Dirscherl, Executive Vice President at Hunter Roberts. "One Theater Square provides the opportunity to create an urban lifestyle destination that is only part of a larger vision to shape the new downtown Newark, and Hunter Roberts is proud to be an integral part of this process."
