ACT Canada Workshop The Technology of EMV: Options and Obligations Outlines What U.S. Stakeholders Need to Know for the Next 12 months
ATLANTA, Oct. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ICC Solutions Limited, the payment industry source for EMV contact and contactless test tools announced that CEO Dave Maisey will speak at the annual Merchant Advisory Group Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, October 16-18, 2012. He will join executives from Chieftain Consulting, Ingenico, MasterCard, STJ Retail and Visa on a special EMV workshop moderated by ACT Canada. Workshop executives will detail what the U.S. industry needs to know over the next 12 months to ensure a seamless transition to EMV – the new chip based debit and credit card standard, which is set to replace the less secure magnetic stripe system in the United States.

Since test and certification plays a key role in the migration, the workshop will detail critical test and certification requirements.
