NEW YORK and LONDON, July 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
ICIS, in partnership with MRC, has released new monthly Polycarbonate and weekly Titanium Dioxide pricing reports, covering the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region.
Published in Russian and English, the new Polycarbonate and Titanium Dioxide price reports cover the Russian and Ukrainian markets in detail, as well as the US, Europe and Asia in general. They contain price charts, trade data, analytical comment on supply and demand, and production news and trends.
MRC analyst Igor Grishenko said of the new Titanium Dioxide report: "This report will be of interest to many market participants, especially in Russia. The consumption of TiO2 in the CIS has been growing steadily; Ukraine is traditionally a net exporter, while Russia is an importer. At the same time, the market for TiO2 in the CIS countries is quite fragmented; in Russia alone there are several hundred consumers of TiO2, these are producers of paints and coatings, converters of PVC and other polymers. "
MRC Production analyst Ekaterina Trubaeva explained that the "promising outlook and interest on the part of our clients encouraged us" to launch the new Polycarbonate report. "The Polycarbonate market in Russia is growing rapidly. Its main consumption sectors are construction and agriculture, but in the global consumption structure, automotive, mechanical and electrical engineering industries are also of importance."
MRC is an information and analytical company specialising in reporting on the polymers markets of Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries.
