WASHINGTON, March 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At the March 2014 Pensions & Investments Defined Contribution Conference, ICMA-RC received a first place Eddy Award for RealizeRetirementSM, a financial education resource to help public sector employees set retirement goals at different career stages. In addition, ICMA-RC's Education Video Campaign, focusing on the importance of saving for retirement — received a second place 2014 Pension & Investments Eddy Award in the Special Projects Category.
The Eddy Awards, sponsored by P&I Magazine, identify and reward best practices in providing investment education to defined contribution plan participants. Judges include representatives from P&I and some of the largest retirement plan providers in the United States.
