Iconic Buildings And Other Locations Across California Light Up As Covered California's Spotlight Tour Continues

San Francisco City Hall became the latest iconic building in California to be lit up with Covered California's colors on Nov. 5, 2015. Covered California's "Spotlight on Coverage" statewide bus tour to raise awareness on the open enrollment period reaches the Bay Area this Friday.

As part of Covered California's "Spotlight on Coverage" statewide bus tour to raise awareness on the open enrollment period, iconic landmarks and buildings across the state are being lit up with Covered California's logo and colors. SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- In the first week of a ten day, 29 city statewide bus tour of hospitals, clinics and storefronts where Californians can enroll in affordable health insurance, Covered California is spotlighting iconic buildings and hundreds of enrollment locations across the state.

Thursday night, San Francisco City Hall became the latest iconic building to be lit with the Covered California logo and colors. In addition, a lifeguard tower in the Central Coast was also lit with the Covered California spotlights. The statewide bus tour will travel to the Bay Area on Friday Nov. 6. Images of the illuminated San Francisco City Hall and the bus, as well as the lifeguard tower in the Central Coast, are available below.

The statewide bus tour and spotlight campaign are intended to raise public awareness about the opportunity for all eligible Californians to get health coverage during open enrollment, which will be from Nov. 1, 2015 through Jan. 31, 2016.
