ATLANTA, March 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Iconic Group, Inc.'s MarathonFoto today announced its renewed partnership with Atlanta Track Club, a nonprofit organization committed to creating an active and healthy Atlanta through running and walking. The partnership began in 1984 around the AJC Peachtree Road Race, the world's largest 10K, to allow runners to commemorate their hard work and achievement through professional photography. It now includes other premier Atlanta Track Club events, such as the Publix Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon and the Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon.
This year will mark the 33rd time MarathonFoto has photographed the AJC Peachtree Road Race. New for 2016: MarathonFoto and Atlanta Track Club have partnered with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution to offer a free digital photo to all AJC Peachtree Road Race participants, perfect for sharing their experience with friends and family on social media.

In addition to Atlanta Track Club events in 2016, MarathonFoto will photograph more than 350 races around the world including the Virgin Money London Marathon, TCS New York City Marathon and Boston Marathon. This will include having 1,200 photographers on-hand at these events, taking more than 34 million images.
