Iconix Brand Group Provides Update on Form 10-K Filing

NEW YORK, March 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICON) ("Iconix" or the "Company") today announced that it has delayed the filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015, beyond the March 15, 2016 extended filing due date. As previously disclosed in the Company's Form 8-K on February 18, 2016 the Company is in the process of restating its historical financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2013 and 2014 and the first three quarters of 2015. The Company will be unable to complete the restatement by March 15, 2016, and anticipates filing its Form 10-K by March 30, 2016.  

The Company plans to report fourth quarter and full year 2015 financial results prior to March 30, 2016.
