Increased Data Segregation – Customers can additionally segregate access to data at an organization level, preventing users in one area from accessing sensitive compensation data from another part of the company. This additional level of security complements features already in place, such as user authentication and authorization, encrypted usernames and passwords, and secure FTP transmission, to deliver maximum data security and integrity.
Improved Integration – Iconixx increased support for information regarding new department, location and job assignments for tighter integration with SilkRoad and other Human Capital Management applications. By including this type of information within the Iconixx framework, relationships between the two systems can be leveraged to achieve additional flexibility in calculating sales and incentives.
