iCracked is the world's largest on-demand iPhone, iPod, and iPad repair and buyback company with over 350 certified mobile repair technicians, or iTechs, nationwide and in 11 countries. The iTech network is seen as the AAA of iOS device repair; regardless of where you are, with the click of a button and, one is connected with an iTech in real-time. The company is adding about 50 new iTechs every month to this network and is always looking for enterprising individuals to become iTechs.
Every year, Inc. Magazine selects a group of young entrepreneurs under the age of 30 that have built unique, impactful, and one-of-a-kind companies. This is a sub-list of their highly popular Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies.
Forsythe started iCracked while in college at California Polytechnic State University in 2010 after breaking his iPhone too many times to count. He grew tired of buying new devices so he looked online for the necessary parts and instructions for a do-it-yourself repair. Since then, Forsythe teamed up with Martin, went through Paul Graham's Silicon Valley accelerator Y Combinator in 2012, and has built the premiere and largest global repair and buyback company for iOS devices.
With the rapid growth of the network and company, iCracked's services are planning to expand to include device buyback so that people can sell used iPhones and iPads in order to upgrade or to simply earn some extra cash. Further, iCracked will be releasing a new "on-demand buyback" service this summer that will allow people to sell their iOS devices to an iTech in-person and be paid on the spot with an iCracked MasterCard that can be used anywhere.
"We are so proud to be part of this list as it only furthers iCracked's mission to beautifully bridge an online/offline experience and take care of any of customer instantly with the click of a button and our network of professional, on-demand iTechs that travel to the customer," Forsythe said. "We would also like to congratulate all the other excellent entrepreneurs on the list, as well as thank Inc. for the honor."
