(NYSE: IDA) will host its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, May 15, at 10 a.m. Mountain Time at the Idaho Power Company headquarters, 1221 W. Idaho St. in Boise. IDACORP, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Darrel Anderson will discuss 2013 performance of IDACORP, Inc. and its primary subsidiary, Idaho Power Company, and share key initiatives for 2014 and beyond.
IDACORP, Inc. previously mailed formal notice of this meeting to shareholders who were holders of record on the record date, March 27, 2014. Attendance at the live on-site meeting is limited to IDACORP, Inc. shareholders who satisfy all of the requirements set forth in the proxy statement for the Annual Meeting delivered or made available to shareholders of record.
The meeting also will be webcast at www.idacorpinc.com, available to both shareholders and non-shareholders.
