LUSTENAU, Austria, Nov. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Martin Zumtobel, Chairman of IDENTEC GROUP is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Neil Robertson as CEO of IDENTEC SOLUTIONS. Brian brings to IDENTEC SOLUTIONS a respected 20 year career history of success in developing highly profitable technology markets globally.

Most recently, Brian held the position of President at DSP Group Inc., a NASDAQ listed provider of wireless solutions where he was instrumental in leading a development strategy that ensured DSP maintained market share while also overseeing the successful integration of the acquired cordless business from NXP Semiconductors. Prior to his appointment as President of DSP Group Inc., Brian held the position of Vice President and General Manager with NXP Semiconductors.  Here he was a key contributor in returning NXP's cordless business to growth and profitability as well as the ultimate divestment of this business.  Earlier in his career, Brian held key positions at Philips Semiconductors in Asia over a period of 5 years. Fluent in German and French as well as a native English speaker, Brian holds both Business and an Engineering Degrees.
