Free Listing; No Seller Fees for Limited Time; All Top-Level Domains Available
FRANKLIN, Tenn., May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- IDN.auction launched today, offering web professionals a totally free auction site for Internet domains, including all Top-Level Domains (TLDs). The site, which does not charge listing fees, gives web entrepreneurs an economical, easy way to get the right web address for the right price. For domainers, the site offers maximum profitability for sale of URLs. In honor of the launch, the site is waiving all closing fees for a limited time.
"Don't you think it's about time for a reasonable priced Domain Name, Website and App auction site?" asked Mark Dalton, CEO of IDN.auction. "Even spending 10% or even 15% to a site after a sale is a bit expensive. I researched this issue extensively and determined what I think will be a highly effective way of enabling Internet business people to get things done without overpaying."
IDN.auction is a free auction site for the domain industry. Users can buy and sell domain names, developed Websites and apps. Registration is free. The site does not charge listing fees, though 50 cent bold listings and $1 "Featured Item" options are available. Additional free features include "Buy it now" and other add-ons that are typically premium upsells at other auction sites. For a limited time, the site is waiving all closing fees. After the launch period, IDN.auction will charge closing fees at different levels depending on the sale price of the domain.
IDN stands for "International Domain Names," though the site is not just limited to international domains. Buyers and sellers can trade in any TLD including newly released Generic TLDs (gTLDS). Examples of new gTLDs include .club, .condos, .xyz, and many others. Users can set up their own stores on the IDN.auction platform. The site offers domain sellers, or another advertiser, to purchase banner ads. The 125x125 ad is available for $10 for one month up to $75 per year. "Feature my Store" and "Spotlight my Store" options are also available.
