IGT to Install Systems and UGA at Desert Diamond Casino Locations in Arizona

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) a global leader in gaming systems technology, today announced that the Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment will be installing the IGT Advantage® System Solution and IGT Universal Game Adaptor® (UGA) at their Tucson, Sahurita and Why, Arizona locations. The install also effectively marks the replacement of their previous system from another systems manufacturer.

The IGT Advantage® System and IGT UGA® create a path for an open-system architecture which allows the use of the Service Window across all slots on the gaming floor, including other manufacturers' games. Advantage® also includes the use of sbX® Media Manager, to increase player engagement through the use of highly flexible applications, allowing Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment to deliver branded messages directly through the game screen.
