AUSTIN, Texas, April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Imperial Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: IPRC.OB, OTCQB: IPRC) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Oil & Gas, Inc. (together the "Company", "Imperial") is pleased to announce that that all major ground works at its Green Tide Salt Water Disposal Facility ("SWDF") are now complete.
Over the course of last week the replacement main storage tanks have been delivered and set in place on the new elevated pad at the SWDF site. Tank gangways are in the process of being installed and the remaining tanks will be trucked to the site shortly.
