As per Court order, the final date for class members to cash their outstanding checks from the December 2008 and December 2009 distributions is October 30, 2010.

AFTER OCTOBER 30, 2010, ALL UNCASHED CHECKS WILL BE VOIDED AND RETURNED TO THE SETTLEMENT FUND.
