PHILADELPHIA, May 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Independence Visitor Center Corporation (IVCC) now provides new services from the Independence Visitor Center: Segway tours, bike rentals, and bike tours! This has been made possible by a partnership with Philadelphia Segway Tours by Wheel Fun, a Wheel Fun Rentals brand. Wheel Fun Rentals is America's premier recreation rental company to offer bicycle rentals, including locally based Fuji hybrid two-wheel bikes, as well as Segway tours.

The opening of Philadelphia Segway Tours by Wheel Fun at the Visitor Center gives visitors a new way to explore America's Most Historic Square Mile as well as the greater downtown Philly area, on a guided Segway tour or on a bike.

Philadelphia Segway Tours by Wheel Fun, located inside the Independence Visitor Center at 6th and Market Streets in Independence National Historical Park, is open daily from 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. In June, July and August, hours of the Visitor Center and Philadelphia Segway Tours by Wheel Run are extended to 7 p.m.
