Today's announcement marks another milestone in a journey that began in June of 2013, when delivery.com began powering online ordering for available restaurants on Yelp. Thanks to a direct integration between the two platforms, users can easily find local merchants and complete transactions from the business' Yelp listing, eliminating the need to be redirected to another website and reducing the distance from discovery to commerce.
As the leading destination for information on local businesses, Yelp commands averages of more than 90 million unique monthly visitors on mobile and 77 million on desktop. For delivery.com, deepening the integration with Yelp increases orders for its laundry and dry cleaning merchant members, who will benefit from delivery.com and Yelp's combined marketing efforts.
