With a strong background in luxury development marketing and resales, Mr. Palermo is credited with working on some of the most significant new developments and revitalizing key landmark districts across the country.

Mr. Palermo began his successful career in 1993 working alongside legendary developer Tony Goldman at Goldman Properties and spent the next twelve years revitalizing historic districts from South Beach to Center City Philadelphia to SoHo. He also oversaw sales and marketing at 101 Greene Street, the first new cast-iron building in SoHo in over a century, 109 Greene Street Condominiums, and 110 Greene Street, a mixed-use development. Additionally, he spearheaded the conversions of historic New York City buildings including 85 Pearl Street, 79 Pearl Street, and 15-17 South William Street into loft residences.
In 2004, Mr. Palermo began working with IMI Living where he was at the forefront of envisioning, marketing, and selling luxury second home developments for such noted brands as Viceroy Hotels and Residences, Auberge Resorts and Rosewood Hotels and residences. Next, he was appointed regional director with Shvo Marketing where he oversaw sales and marketing at new developments including 20 Pine Street and the W Downtown. Most recently, Mr. Palermo worked at Warburg Realty where he flourished as a broker.
