Ingredion CEO to speak at Executives' Club Luncheon
CHICAGO, Feb. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ilene Gordon, Chairman, President & CEO of Ingredion Incorporated will address an audience of Chicago business leaders at a February 14th luncheon hosted by The Executives' Club of Chicago.
Gordon, one of Fortune's 50 most powerful women in business, has been Chairman, President & CEO of Ingredion since 2009. During that time she oversaw the $1.3 billion acquisition of National Starch. In a world where over one-half of mergers fail to add value, Gordon led the company through a successful integration and re-branding process. The Company's name was changed to Ingredion (from Corn Products International) to better reflect their position as an innovative, customer-focused provider of ingredient solutions.
