"As our firm continues to evolve, we believe that adding new talent to our investment team is fundamental to our success by helping our clients reach their investment goals. We aggressively recruited over the last year and we expect the trend to continue. We are thrilled to have Josh and Ray join our team, as they both exhibit the hard-working ethic that characterizes our employees and is crucial to maintaining our culture," said Eric Hare, president at AFAM Capital.
Innealta Chief Investment Officer Dr. Vito Sciaraffia says "Josh has a proven track record of success both academically and professionally. Particularly, his experience in global fixed income markets will be instrumental to further enhancing our quantitative investment framework. He will be the lead portfolio manager for our fixed income solutions. Ray is what I call a true quant: excellent academic pedigree, a math background, and an impressive passion for finance. We feel that our culture paired with the right opportunity attracted talent of this caliber. Josh and Ray's additions prove that we will continue to deliver institutional quality solutions for retail investors."
