Innodisk SSDs shines the spotlight on high-performance memory storage products built to support the automobile industry.  E-Mark certified, Innodisk's Industrial CFast provides a high-capacity solid-state flash memory solution. It's designed for mobile computing and is an extremely lightweight and reliable form factor. The CFast 3ME3 features disk health monitoring and an error recovery with excellent data transfer speed, optional write protection security, and enhanced power cycling management. In addition to the E-Mark certification, the 3ME3 is also compliant with SAE J113 and ISO 7673-2. This product is also available for operating in wide temperatures of -40°C to +85°C.

The 2.5" SATA SSD 3MG2-P offers high reliability with large capacities up to 2TB making it an ideal solution for data recording. The 3MG2-P features our iData Guard and iCell technology for abnormal power failure along with iSMART for disk health monitoring software.  This product also operates at -40°C ~ +85°C and can be conformal coated for added protection. DRAM highlights DDR4 products built for the extreme

The 16GB DDR4 WT SODIMM module is a definite need for the excessive outdoor elements that affect automobiles. The wide temperature DRAM Modules are designed for industrial systems that are exposed to extreme environments, ranging from –40°C to 85°C. The DDR4 WT SODIMM uses industrial-grade SDRAM components with 30u" gold finger to ensure that the memory maintains its high-quality signal. In addition, we are the first and only company to produce this type of WT DDR4 module that withstands varying degrees of severe temperatures supporting specific design needs for outdoor applications.

Built with the same tough performance is the DDR4 Mounted Rugged DIMM. This module is designed with a pair of mounting holes for a more secured mount on the CPU board. Resistant to shock and vibration, the Rugged DIMM allows stable system operation for automobile and harsh environment applications. In addition, these modules are compliant with JEDEC standards, with dimensions extended by 10 mm.
